Is kombucha a blood thinner?

I have my blood tested regularly because I take several heart

medications. I started drinking about 2 cups of kombucha daily about 1

month ago. My last test indicated my blood was too thin and I am going

to have to change my warfarin (rat poison) dose. Is there any data

showing kombucha to be a blood thinner?
