Colleagues,

Our next " Sports Training Mastery " workshops are approaching. These are

intensive, interdisciplinary workshops for Sports Performance and Strength &

Conditioning professionals, each offering a full 8-12 hours of in-depth

no-nonsense theory and practice:

• August 18 @ UConn Stamford (Stamford CT)

• August 25-26 @ the University at Buffalo (Buffalo NY)

• September 8-9 @ Velocity Sports Performance (Coppell TX)

• September 15-16 @ FITS Toronto (Ontario, Canada)

• September 22-23 @ International Performance Institute (Bradenton FL)

• September 29-30 @ Velocity Sports Performance (Cypress-Fairbanks TX)

The early registration cut-off is 2 weeks prior to each event. Downloadable

registration info, as well as a link to our secure online registration site, are

available at the web site below.

Our faculty includes:

Luke Bradford, CSCS has over 5 years of experience as a Sports Performance and

Strength & Conditioning professional. He is the Sports Performance Director at

Velocity Sports Performance in Friendswood TX, and has trained hundreds of

athletes in numerous sports to maximize their potential and minimize injury.

CYPRESS-FAIRBANKS ONLY

Donatucci, MEd, CSCS has almost two decades of experience as a Sports

Performance and S & C professional. He is the Director of the International

Performance Institute, where he oversees the training programs for all athletes

and sports. BRADENTON ONLY

Gray, MSc, CSCS has over a decade of experience as an exercise therapy and

athletic conditioning professional. He works with elite Junior and Senior

Canadian athletes, specializing in returning from injury to high performance. He

is a PhD Candidate at the University of Waterloo, researching the biomechanics

of S & C movements.

Plisk, MS, CSCS*D has over two decades of experience as a Sports

Performance and S & C professional. He is the proprietor of Excelsior Sports, a

coaching and consulting service specializing in a multidisciplinary " best

practices " approach to athlete preparation and professional education.

, MS, CSCS has 15 years of experience as a S & C and fitness

professional. He is the Assistant Director for Fitness Center Operations at the

University at Buffalo. BUFFALO ONLY

The NSCA Certification Commission Executive Council has approved 0.8-1.2

Continuing Education Units for CSCS and NSCA-CPT certified professionals

attending the 8 and 12 hour events, respectively. These workshops are sponsored
