Guest guest
Ray, my dr. says I can take up to 300 mg. Ultram per day. I can't, of course, because of nausea; don't see why you can't increase dosage ,if you can tolerate it. You go for it!! You mentioned that you know when fronts go thru; me, too. The drs. are beginning to listen, somewhat. I've had nerve blocks, which help for a little while, but not enough for me to do it very often. One of my favorite remedies is petting my cats, cos they give me absolutely unconditional love(after they're fed, anyway!).One cat in particular knows when I feel bad, and she's always right there, to get on my lap or chest, and nuzzle my neck. Helps me a lot! Guest guest
Kay, music therapy helps me relax. Bach's pieces are good. Some nice quiet ish instrumental pieces. Lots of others are good, too. Just avoid the marches and stuff that's too stimulating. Guest guest
I many many times go to sleep with my CD Dick Man with the Canadian Brass greatest hits playing. I can just relax and drift off till I really never recall taking off the head set. Jeff jkeith@... & The Hounds of Hooterville
