Guest guest
Sorry, I just sent a blank message I accidently sent it before I typed anything. I'd like to remind parents that not all inappropriate behavior is the result of a disability. Some aggravating antics are normal for each developmental stage. Sometimes I hear a parent bemoan a certain action that their child does (screaming, throwing a tantrum, refusing to change plans) and they seem to think it is because they have an AS or Autistic child. When in fact all children at one time or another throws a fit. Our special needs children probably have more extreme behavior, but we shouldn't excuse everything just because they are disabled.
