Let me know when you are coming and anyone else from out of town, so

I can get the day off or leave work early.

Trying to figure out what I'm more upset about....Not getting to see

you sooner or finding out you haven't been taking your calcium and

vitamins....Just Kidding...I know exactly what I'm upset about!

Tsk, Tsk Anita you know better! I'm not going to lecture you

because I know you DO know and understand the risk you were taking.

Sooooo I'm courious...Why? Perhaps knowing the " trap " you fell into

will make me and others more aware and better able to avoid falling

into compliancy.

I'm thankful the annual labs have brought you back into compliance.

Hugs

Jo

Jo,

I'm ashamed to say the trap was merely nothing more than pure

laziness! I was just 'too busy' to take 30 seconds a few times a day

(for calcium at least) and take my multi-vitamin and calcium...I

started getting pins and needless in my legs last week which was

normal when I was MO, but not normal anymore and I knew my body was

telling me I was being stupid and I needed to take my vitamins and

calcium because even though I 'felt normal' I still had a medical

procedure that caused me to malasborb vitamins and minerals as well

as fat and I needed to make sure that I was doing what I should be

doing to stay healthy. I guess the moral of the short story is

feeling normal is the greatest thing, but that doesn't mean we should

take our health for granted! (Thanks for the self-lecture, Jo

*grins*, but you're right..hopefully it's a good eye opener for

others! :) )

Love & Hugs,

Anita in Denver

will probably take a month or so to show in my blood tests :)

Nah. He doesn't need to. I really don't see being a yeller in his agenda.

Maybe he gets stern when he needs to. We can all use a stern talking to from

time to time.

(who has certainly deserved a raised voice now and again from him, but never

gotten it)

Only if you do something you shouldn't be. :) I'm kidding!

Actually, he's never yelled at me so I couldn't tell you for sure.

Hugs!
