Guest guest
Hi Tabitha! Welcome! My brother lives in Michigan. They are doing the raw milk thing too. Whats the name of the place you get your milk from? I cant rember where my brother gets his but maybe its the same place. He loves it!! Sandy Fwd: Self intro - Tabitha in Dearborn, Michigan I am reposting this, as the moderator couldn't find my orignial self-intro and I can't get messages posted... Hopefully it'll take the second time around! :-)TabithaMy name is Tabitha , and my email addy is boodgiesmom@j... I live in Wayne County, Michigan.I am a new consumer of raw dairy. My family just switched over to raw milk two weeks ago. This week we've just started with raw yogurt, cream, and sour cream. We've just joined a cowshare/farm co-op through which we purchase all of our raw dairy, free range eggs, and meats from 100% grassfed cows. As far as I know, raw dairy sales are just through cowshares in Michigan. My two young children have horrible teeth. They have very clean teeth, with cavities that like you wouldn't believe. Since there's nothing further externally that we can do, I am focusing on the internal. Raw milk was one of the first things I learned about while searching for information. I learned of it from Dr. Mercola, in his Total Health Program and Cookbook, and also his website www.mercola.com. It is from Mercola that I learned about www.realmilk.com. Through the Real Milk website, I was able to email someone who put me in contact with the farmer that I buy our raw milk from today. It all happened a lot quicker than I thought it would! On the recommendation of a friend, I recently purchased the book Nourishing Traditions to help learn more, and gain more natural receipes. We are a homeschooling family, and we also lean more toward attachment parenting.I look forward to being a part of this group.Tabitha--- End forwarded message ---PLEASE BE KIND AND TRIM YOUR POSTS WHEN REPLYING!Visit our Raw Dairy Files for a wealth of information!http://groups.yahoo.com/group/RawDairy/files/
Guest guest
Ok, they get their milk from "Our Farm and Dairy" and Patti Warnke own it. Is that familiar to you? Guest guest
The co-op I order from does deliveries every Friday in Ann Arbor, MI. I have to drive about 45 minutes, but that's okay. A friend and I are going to switch making the pick-up runs. Tabitha > Hi Tabitha! Welcome! My brother lives in Michigan. They are doing the raw milk thing too. Guest guest
Tabitha, I have a son with the same problem... rotting teeth, the cut through and disintegrated at the same time. We have had some sucess... we have taken out all grain, all sugar (except honey that has not been heated), and switched to a mostly raw diet, and are finally getting some raw milk... There is no tooth pain anymore. Before we got to this point, we have had him rinse and spit with 1 part hydrogen peroxide diluted in 3+ parts water as necessary for pain... hope something in there can help... and I homeschool and attatchment parent also... the youngest is sleeping in my lap even now... > >My two young children have horrible teeth.
