From my computer the link works, but you have to wait a few minutes for it to load.

I have dial-up and today it came through...yesterday I got a message

stating " this page not available " ...it's frustrating sometimes. I

should have tried twice!

As a note for those having trouble getting PDF's to load automatically, there is a box you can check inside of Internet Explorer that makes that more automatic. See Configure for PDF files to open.
