Guest guest
> Give me a little break Mum! ============================ I've raised hard headed male creatures and have found giving them a break just doesn't work....and I'm thinking Aussie Chicks are a bit hard headed also...lol. Make you a deal....at least promise me your taking ALL your vitamins, iron, calcium and getting in lots of protein...you need the building blocks for healing both your arm and your boobs. In return I'll stop nagging until Dec. That gives you a month and 1/2 to get your labs done all on your own. To show mum you will do it without being nagged every 5 seconds. Deal? Jo (psst...hey guys I'm taking side bets that I'll HAVE to here nagging her in December....any takers!)

If you objectively evaluate the situation you will accept that we men are far and away the more compliant and sensible members of this group. If I am told to keep my feet elevated you will seldom see me with both flat on the ground. Well, except when I'm working on my computer...or watching TV...or eating. Well, I guess I don't prop them up all that much but good intentions must count for something. It's only logical. And when it comes to taking medication, I always take mine just when I'm supposed to. Well, at least I take it all. Some nights I have to take my noon, 5:00 pm, dinner and bedtime meds all at once. But I'm sure they work just as well - nearly. They are always well separated from my morning medications which I always take by 9:00 AM, or at least 10:00. Or occasionally when I sleep late I am careful to take them by 1:00 PM. Well usually I may take them between 12:00 and 1:00, but I space them out from my lunch, evening, dinner and bedtime ones. Usually. Now whether " Aussie chicks " are as consumed with logic as we American guys are I don't know. But I would hope that all your mothering (read nagging) is unnecessary. Regards.
