Are you eating spicey foods? Are you taking ibuprofen or another antiinflammatory meds? My Hubby and I had this same talk last night about his job. Learned he was taking ibuprofen or aleve 2 times a day for the last 2 months. I told him to wait about making a appointment for the doc until he eliminated that for a few weeks and see if it cleared up on it's own. Baring anything else, Make an appointment and see about a acid inhibitor or something of that nature. In the meantime prilosec is OTC now and might help. Just a few ideas.....
