I am the nutty person who takes several different types, partly so I don't get bored. I have trouble swallowing Citracal, have choked on it twice. Scared me. When I start to get sick of the chewy Viactives (and you CAN get burnt out on them) I grab my TUMS, the new smooth dissolve ones are nice and I love the mint flavors as well as the fruit. I never have a problem taking these! I think Wintergreen is my favorte though......... Guest guest Posted September 25, 2004 Report Share Posted September 25, 2004 Hi , They are great for our calcium needs but you need to take them three times a day because they are 500 mgs each and we can only absorb about that much at one time.
