Guest guest Posted December 8, 2004 Report Share Posted December 8, 2004 Sharon, It is not uncommon when you quit smoking to really cough up a lot of crap, your lungs are trying to clean out. Congratulations. I stopped about 2 years ago now and it was the best thing I ever did for myself. It gets so much easier and you will get to a place where you a so happy to be done with that addiction. To be on the safe side you should give your doctor a call and tell them what is happening.
