When doing research for the book, much to my surprise I discovered that there are very few people who cannot benefit from sauna therapy. FIR seems to be the safest, for various reasons that will become clear when you read my book. Kaiyah is now almost 7. I had seen a video by Dr Reuben DeHaan called Bio-Kinetic Testing I have been around kinesiology or simply called muscle testing all my life. There is a simple explanation for this. Nerve receptors near the skin's surface are interconnected w/ organs/systems of the body. Like acupressure. When these points are touched or stimulated then a muscle will respond weak or strong in relation to that circuit's health. It like an electrician using a scope (using the whole body) & a tip (body point) to find the circuit's break. Then the cause of the malfunction is known. This is my simple explanation. Dr DeHaan's videos are excellent & he is very good at explaining this as well as how the body works. He also has a video on Structural Alignment. His latest video is called TBA & he sent it to me free last yr. What I did was watch the Bio-Kinetic video & found that the toxin/metal reflex is in the L cheek. It is primary indicative of mercury but other contaminates too. So I took the process to my chiro (then in IL) & he tested Kaiyah w/ kinesiology & the metal reflex was strong-meaning YES there were metals. We already knew this from the 2 previous hair analysis. We had been giving her Detoxisode (homeopathic) but it was very slow decrease in toxins. So he then tested the rest of the reflexes for the major organs using kinesiology (like the Versandaal method)to determine where the metals were. This is possible b/c the 1st test/circuit (metal point) was left open so that it could be traced to the source. I hope this is not too confusing but please know I will be glad to even speak to a chiro about this if you cannot get this clearly. I just want to help like I have been helped. Anyway, he found the metals in Kaiyah's spleen. Now this made so much sense b/c she wasn't sitting up yet & the spleen is connected nerve wise to the large muscles up & down the spine as well as the muscles in the arms & wrists. See Touch For Health manual under Spleen. He then gave Kaiyah a spleen glandular supplement (nutritional supplements made from animal organs that have enzymes close to our own & also specific nutrition for that organ) to support it till we decided what to do. That was all we had to do as the spleen just did it on it's own. No side effects of any kind & it only took a few months not yrs. Now I know no one that has even tried this & I have tried to share this as much as I can b/c it was so easy & so fast. I did join some autism/mercury e-lists last yr & was not accepted at face value. I even went & got another hair analysis to make sure b/c they all seemed to think it was impossible to do. I guess some people like to do things the hard way. Well maybe it was a miracle & if it is one, I want to share to share it. Kaiyah started improving so much after the metals were out-no more sensory issues(she would not eat any thing b/c of her mouth texture issues-also she had kinetic-touching issues & hearing-well just all sensory issues,) she started eating solid food(she totally refused any food besides breastmilk), she started sitting up, she just woke out of her daze-she was a " good " baby w/out any med problems but she was just " there " . I am so glad I have a progressing little girl. I hope that some of this has made sense. Dr Carley from NY who works w/ toxin kids said that I could have passed them to her esp since my body was in trauma. The only thing we can think was the dentist. I went when I didn't know I was pg & they x-rayed me w/out shielding me & I got the max doses of anesthetics that they can give b/c they have to refer to an oral surgeon. It took 22 shots & 3 hrs to pull the tooth. I was so sick after wards & preg w/ her. I was taking echinacha for the abscess instead of antibiotics. I took 6 capsules filled w/ the liquid. It was too much obviously as it cleaned my blood too. I felt so horrible & felt weird in the head. At one point I called my chiro b/c I was afraid I was going to black out-he told me that my kidneys were so overloaded that the brain was going to put me out so as to deal w/ it. He gave me some holding points to do & then helped me. My kidneys have not been the same-I have gained weight that I can't loose-my thyroid is stressed ect. I am a thyroid/ gyncoid/adrenal body type & these systems are all stressed. I tried all the acupressure ect for pain that I could & nothing helped at night when I laid down. I couldn't sleep & I had twins that were 18 mos & a 3 1/2 yr old. I did break down & take ibuprophin though I did not fill the pain med prescription. I regret taking it to this day as I just don't take meds at all. She was born w/ no problems except delays. I just suspect the ansethetics-they are cocaine derived.
