Well, I must be the lipoma King! I had well over 300 and stopped counting

but estimate more than 400 - I kept getting lost as to where I started and

where still to go. I eventually used my left forearm as a standard and had

about 40 lipomas there including a couple of the biggest ones on my body. I

have done about 80 ozone saunas over about 6 months after doing about 30

bagging. I really struggled with the rashes, itching and oozing but am now

past the worst. I got wild rashes from as litotes as 30 seconds of ozone

every 3-5 days and am now increasing to 30 MINUTES DAILY starting tomorrow

with only a very mild rash and itching for about an hour max. The number of

lipomas on my left forearm decreased to about 24 (from about 40) about 6

weeks ago and I could only count 13 yesterday (I estimate I have about 160

on my whole body now). It sounds so incredulous when I say " about " , +/-.

approx because it is almost as if I cannot believe where they are going

having visited about 8-10 doctors since they first appeared when I was about

25 years old and had about 5 to 10 increasing to about 50 about 10 years ago

up to 400 about a year ago. The doctors said " Don't worry about them " ,

" They are just fatty lipomas " or " We can cut a few out and see if they are

malignant " but all agreed there was nothing that would get rid of them. I

am really chuffed and am estimating that I will be rid of them all by the

end of February 2003. We shall see!!!!

Only solution given thusfar is having them cut out.

> Have taken up rebounding as a means to get the lymphsystem more active and

flowing but have not detected any change in lipomas. As a matter of fact,

they're slowly increasing in numbers and size.

The mineral silica and Iodine.

Hi group, haven't been around for awhile, traveling, radio, TV, etc, anyway I

get to play computer today. I haven't followed any of the threads so if there

are any questions I will have today to get to them. Happy holidays to everyone.

Straight lipase enzyme on an empty stomach might be

good for this if it doesn't upset your gallbladder.

I had 3 removed that way by a plastic surgeon. He had

them biopsied so it was covered by my health

insurance. As it was done by a plastic surgeon the

scars were very small.
