I mentioned it so that anyone with prior back issues would know to use caution when starting out with CLX. Also, you asked about Cathe's Slow & Heavy Workouts? Yes, those are usually on FitTv. They are normally just named by the body parts though, without Slow & Heavy in the name - Triceps & Biceps, Chest & Back, Legs & Shoulders. If you have FitTv, you may want to check thme out there first to see if you like them, as Cathe's workouts are usually pricier than most (though well worth it). The short length of the workouts appeals to me at the moment, and the intensity is quite good for me, too. I can see, however, why many of the gals on VF mentioned the workouts don't agree with their backs. It has not been a problem for me, but a lot of the exercises are done leaning, and the compound moves from Burn Circuit 1 really worked my core - so I think anyone with prior back issues would need to use a LOT of caution with these workouts.
