Guest guest
Welcome Debbie, I like your train of thought about chronic pain. There are those days when " it " has controll over my day. For the most part I am able to " do " my day with alot of help from various things and people. This list has brought me alot of hope and help and there is always someone here who can give information and understanding. Welcome and I hope to hear from you soon, Kathleen
Guest guest
Thanks Kathleen, I'm just holding out for September, and cooler weather...unlike many people, I do better in the fall and winter. I'm actually more cooped up in the summer time, becaus I just can't handle the heat & humidity. I told my hubby I feel like I've been hibernating the past 2 weeks...told him I was a " Solar Bear " hehehehe... Deb In a message dated 99-07-29 03:28:13 EDT, you write: << From: KAKRAG@... Guest guest
Welcome , We are so glad to have you. My name is Lynn and I am just about 6 hrs north of you in Wisconsin. I am in the Chippewa Falls/Eau Area. I was living in MInneapolis when I got sick. I was never hospitalized but have been sick now for about 3 years. I started developing the symptoms after 4 traumatic brain surgeries. Anyway, it is a long road to diagosis sometimes. Sounds like you are doing well mentally, I know I go through all the stages of grief, anger, denial, acceptance, sometimes all in one day, lol. The most important thing is you have found a home now. This is by far the most loving and caring support group I have ever had the priveledge to take part in. I have several health conditions and belong to a few others, but this is my main group. At one point I was going to leave as they still can't confirm Still's for sure and the group said no way, you can stay. So welcome, welcome, welcome!!!
