I did it, Kathy Step Aerobics, I didn't feel like exercising again, but I thought of how long it would take before I could fit into my regular clothing if I didn't and that got me moving. I exercised for 59 minutes was in my target heart rate zone for 22 minutes and burned 465 calories. I am now doing the advanced section again; it feels good to be back at it.
