In my case, it has usually been because of sleep apnea, the use of Ziagen, Lexiva or Sustiva, depression, or just no reason at all. I use many options to improve my fatigue. B-12 injections (0.5 cc twice a week), stimulants like Adderall http://www.adderallxr.com/index.asp (it is a drug for attention defficit syndrome), Marinol (yes, it gives me energy unlike what most people experience), coffee (yes, I know...), eating small meals through the day, working out even if it is lightly, Provigil (http://www.provigil.com/patient/home.aspx), or combinations of the above.
