I did this workout just as the others using my own reps and counts. I do one or two with her which I have noted. 3 sets 12 reps TRICEPS Seated French Press DB 25 Lying Triceps Extensions DB 12/10/8 Triceps Kickbacks DB (S & H 8 count) 5Dips- 2 sets (slow count) BICEPS Curls DB 15Hammer curls DB 15 Bar Curls BB 25Barbell Wrist Curl BB 20 (her count) Reverse Wrist Curl DB 5 (her count) Abs Have a great weekend ~~ Snoop, Lil Wayne, Lady GaGa -- land the tix you need for this summer's biggest tours.
