I have to agree with you More than 100%,!! When I first ordered my 3 pair, & after wearing them for a few days, I got right back on the phone to order 4 more pair.

I never leave the house without them, they are the greatest alternative to 'Restoration' !!!!

Any one out there that are wondering if they are that great, BELEIVE me they are , & you won't be disappointed !!

You're right. I've got a pair, and the effect is pretty amazing (although if your legs are on the slender side you might not want to go with the Stallion model, and stick to the Colt instead, which is a smaller pad). My only complaint is that you have to take out the blasted pads to wash the underwear, and then put them back in when you want to wear them. Too bad you can't leave them in permanently. Also, they don't sell the underwear without the pads, which would let you have one set of pads that you could then put in that day's pair.

I hear that Dr Serra in Brazil is using PMMA cheaply to treat butts...I talked to him in DC at the Lipo Conference and he had good before and after pics.

Hello all,

Very interested in going to Italy to have my butt injected with Bio-Alcamid but hearing this talk about Dr. Serra doing PMMA more cost effectively is very intriguing. Im wondering if anyone has had their butt done with him and id love to hear about your experience. Id love to see some before and after pics as they are very hard to come by. Ive seen Bio-Butts before and they look a little lumpy, wonder how PMMA looks and feels. Im at the end of my rope here with this subject and am ready to try something recommended by this group besides padded underwear. Any clinical trials on the subject would also be appreciated.

He is in Brazil, not Italy...Dr Papparato (sp) is in Italy and he used Bioalcamid. I think there are two people in this list that have gone to Italy to see him
