Guest guest
, I've been taken the Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc pills and so far I have not experienced muscle twitching. I did somewhat at first but so far they seem to have subsided. I'm taking 1000mg of the vitamin combo pill. I also exercise 3-4 times a week and not sure if exercise could also help with muscle twitching. Thought in sharing my experience. Guest guest
> Does anyone experience muscle twitching, small spasms and/or " charlie horse " types of pain? Any suggestions - thanks. > Are your CPK numbers okay? In rare cases, this type of muscle pain can be a sign of rhabdomyolysis, which involves leaking excessive amounts of muscle enzyme into the blood. Are you on any lipid- lowering medications?
