Yes I get them constantly in my arms and legs. Always in the same spots.

Anybody have any idea why this is happening.

No one knows....but I have heard that people have good results taking calcium /magnesium supplements....not sure how much..anyone out there doing this?

,

I've been taken the Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc pills and so far I have not

experienced muscle twitching. I did somewhat at first but so far they seem to

have subsided. I'm taking 1000mg of the vitamin combo pill. I also exercise 3-4

times a week and not sure if exercise could also help with muscle twitching.

Thought in sharing my experience.

Are your CPK numbers okay? In rare cases, this type of muscle pain

can be a sign of rhabdomyolysis, which involves leaking excessive

amounts of muscle enzyme into the blood. Are you on any lipid-

lowering medications?
