Guest guest
So sorry to hear about your woes and I sympathise big time with the sleep loss. It throws the body about so much. Even after a solid 8 hours last night, I figure it is going to take a couple of days for my body to catch up. I caught snippets of the new show " What you need to know " or something like that - 7.30pm Mon night and they had a segment on sleep and naps last night which was very interesting. I also read over the weekend about missing just 1.5 hrs of your normal sleep routine and it can affect your productivity by about 1/3 which I certainly believe. they say a 20 min nap works wonders - anywhere you can have a little snooze at lunchtime??? Cherie > > > I have crashed back to earth again today with an almighty thud. > Yesterday they greeted me in the foyer with all the `we missed > you'… `things were horrid while you were away' etc they > make me feel better and they also make me want to scream because they > are babies and they shouldn't need me like this, but today it sucks > and its not even 9am. I haven't slept for two nights – just lay > there awake with my peepers open. I even read last night trying to > sleep, no joy. I am still off coffee, but what is going on? I am a bit > sleep deprived so forgive me my ramblings this morning wont you? Do you > think the fact that I have taken iron might be disrupting my sleep??? I > take it in the morning, so it shouldn't be effecting me at night, > should it? Anyone had the same experience, would love to hear. > > > > Nx >
