I went to Dr. Leo Van Rozelaar. He was very professional,kind and patient. I received a total of 15 cc's. Two sessions within one week and a follow up appointment before I returned to Florida. He only made 4 insertion points and it was painless after the initial numming. My friend watched the procedure. I had no bruising and not so noticable swelling. Just enough to think maybe I had received a bit too much material. But after a week recovery it all fell perfectly into place. This guy knows his stuff. He has trained many other Dr.'s in Europe and the UK. His office is in the swanky museum district. 15 minute walk from my budget hotel. His costs are 1500 euro per 5 cc's ($1800) Not real cheap, but was able to do it all in one vacation to Amsterdam. I can give his e mail and website info if anyone is interested. Now they charge a $500 administration fee plus $210 per cc. So a procedure that uses 15 cc’s would cost $3150 for the Bio-Alcamid plus $500 for the administration of the injections, or a total of $3650. The $500 admin fee is charged only once, so if you need a second treatment, you pay only the $210/cc for the product.
