Guest guest
Hi, I should do another intro here it goes. My name is 36 I am a stay@home Mom of 2 special needs kids. I am happily married been married for almost 6 wonderful years now been together for 7. My son got diagnosed finally last year her has ppd Autistic disorder he has the tendnacies, adhd, sleeping disorder and conduct disorder. he is on 3 diff med's Resperdol for his agression adderal for his adhd and clonidine for his sleeping disorder. He is in special day class and does ot and speech. He has come along way. I notced something was wrong with my dd but again nobody would listen. I mean she started talking by 5 mon which I thought was pretty early. But when she was about 8 mon she would rock and rock. She did not sit up till 8 1/2 mon, did not crawl till almost 14 mon and did not walk till 19 mon. She is 3 1/2 now and has to be naked all the time spins stacks no eye contact. So we had her looked at by the school yep she has moderate Autism. When they told me that I just broke down and cried and cried not my baby. She is moderate to almost severe so it is hard. You look at her and think wow she looks perfectly fine. She can do a lot of things on her own but needs a lot of attention and help. Plus she is not potty trained. We had her iep today and tom she starts school pre school she will go to a special school for Autistic and downs kids. So it will be a big change for all of us. Plus my Dad has been diagnosed with ALS he has maybe 1 year if lucky. He no longer can talk he is just skin and bones. I am sorry to go on and on. I have been in tears all day it is all coming to a head. Plus I have anxiety depression and I also have a sleeping disorder and take amitriplyn. Plus I still may need a Hysterectomy.
