What are the thoughts on isolated renal cysts and hyperaldosteronism. Some cysts do seem to associated with especially arterial HTN, but what is the other significant factors?

Are they the chicken or the egg - can they cause it/add to it or does the PA lead to cysts? The lit is a bt ambiguous on that
