Light bulb moment

Hello everyone, First, i want to thank all of you for your

inspiration! I also wanted to share my " light bulb " moment with

you...I was listening to the IOWL podcast on Limiting beliefs last

night, and I figured out what my limiting belief was! I was so

excited! I was trying to figure out why I, every time it seems like, I

lose weight and get to my goal, then I turn around and gain some of it

back...I figured out that my limiting belief is that I am afraid of

being in " maintenance " mode. I am afraid that my goal is not good

enough for someone else. Which in my mind I know is silly, and I am

normally a confident person, so why is my weight any different? I am

comfortable in my losing mode, it's what I know--I can lose weight

with the best of them, but when I get to my goal, it goes right back up.

Does anyone else have that same limiting belief? Or have any

suggestions on how to change it? I'm listening to the podcast (again)

and am going through the 5 questions that lists, and it's funny

that the answers to those questions in my mind are " yes " , but I get

that funny gut wrenching feeling that tells me that I don't

whole-heartedly believe those answers.

Any suggestions are GREATLY appreciated!!
