Guest guest
Hi there, I started listening to IOWL last week on my IPod when I go for my walk and I LOVE it! Wow, I really like the idea of making weight loss NOT hard. I've been lurking on this board and I would like to tell you about myself, because I don't think I'm a " typical " member. I am morbidly obese (wow, that was hard to write) 272lbs, 5'5 " , 52 year old female, Type II diabetic with sleep apnea. Well, all of that has never been enough of a motivator to get me seriously losing weight. I signed up for Weight Watchers (for the bazillionth time)last Thursday and my husband advised me that through all of the programs I have been on (and there are lots)I've always lost weight with WW. I had lost 30lbs but then, quit smoking and have gained most of it back...but I did stop smoking and I'll be a year out on April 5th! I just want to say that I know this time is different. I have the inspiration and tools from IOWL and my re-commitment to healthy eating with a great program. One question...I went to the website and could not find the form talks about...is it an assessment? Thanks for your time,
