Thank you for the welcome!!!

Oh man... How am I going to keep up with this board? Does it get

easier?

I have BL #1-8 and AL#1, 5, 6, 7, 8. My favorites are B3, 7, 8 and

ADV 5, 6, 7 even though the floor work kills me everytime.

OH, here's a little tidbit about Tae Bo and my pregnancy. I went in

for my doctors appt. on May 24 (due date was May 27) and my husband

asked if there was anything we could do to speed things along. He's

the impatient one in this family. My doctor said she usually tells

moms to rest and then she said OR you can do a hard Tae Bo class.

So, I'm thinking Why would I rest? So I popped in Adv #1 when I got

home. Nearly killed myself but I went into labor at around 1AM that

night and had my son 6 hours later.

Anyways, now when I pop in that tape I think to myself, WHAT was I

thinking? That tape kills me with the cardio. MAN! I was CRAZY!!!

Welcome and congratulations on that new baby (was it a boy or girl

and

what did you name him or her?)! I am in awe . . . seriously. I feel

six months pregnant . . . okay, now five since I've lost a few pounds

(and I'm not pregnant at all - I just look like I am) and I'm reading

your post and thinking - nine months pregnant and doing any advance

tape but especially AL1???????!!!!!! Lord, you must be

superwoman!!!!! Course, if I had to choose between a Taebo tape or

sex (the other way that is suppose to start labor) . . .

Exactly... Sex, no way...

I had a boy (my second boy) named Dawson. 8lbs, 15oz, 21 inches long.

I shared this with a friend who is trying to think of ways to get her baby

to come....LOL...she has already tried floor scrubbing...Tae Bo could do

the trick. My question is, how in the world were you able to do the kick???

Welcome to the group! Hey, didn't you post your pictures over on the

main board? I remember hearing about you doing AL1 and then going

into labor and having your son :) I think you will love it here!

It's a great group of people and it's a great place for motivation

and support! I look forward to hearing more from you :)

Welcome, . I started in April 1999, but I didn't have to work around a

pregnancy and childbirth! I am impressed that you stuck it out with taebo.

You will get tons of motivation and support here, I promise. To read more

about each of us, check our web site at http://taeboon.isportsdot.com/ under

Which kick? I wasn't able to kick as high but I could still do all

the moves. The jumping moves I had to modify but everything else was

pretty much the same.
