If you experience depression, which many of us with complex medical problems do; along with chronic pain, they all need to be treated. Percocet can help pain, but it sure wont do anything for depression. Please feel free to talk about what's on your mind. We are all only here to help each other & ourselves. Guest guest
Hello, I am new here too. I am 22 years old, was dx'd with fibromyalgia about a year ago, but have had it longer. My dr. refuses to give me pain med. except for Neurotin or muscle relaxers, which doesn't help. I hate taking meds., but sometimes the neck, back, and shoulder pain gets so bad it's almost unbearable. Has anyone else had this problem with Drs.? Does anyone know of a good dr. in south or east MI that is knowledgeable about fibromyalgia? Thanks,

It's a great group - lots of encouragement and people who actually know what they're talking about. Some of them are even in the videos which is kind of cool. I've just started tae-bo and so far have done 2 days of my 21 day challengs. If I could lost 16 pounds in 7 weeks, I'd be estatic!
