I am on a WW board but because of my desire to incorporate the IWOL and intuitive eating it is hard to find someone to help me so I am really happy to have found this board. I hope that it all works for you WELCOME WELCOME WELCOME!!! [] > > Hi, > I am a newbie from Western Australia. Guest guest
HI There, I am LT WW 10 years I tend to eat core. It is healthy and nourishing to my body. I am on the WW site as well. Shalomcharlie is my cat and it's his gmail account, but he shares. I haven't read intuitive eating yet, but it sounds intriguing! Leah > > > > Hi, > > I am a newbie from Western Australia.
