Guest guest Posted May 26, 2006 Report Share Posted May 26, 2006 I have been working with a 6 year old who is moving to Durham, NC soon (from Texas) and will be living with his father who works during the day. It will be just the two of them. Can anyone please recommend an in home VB therapist or a school or day program that is reasonable in price and/or accepts insurance? The child is between beginner and intermediate on the ABLLS. This child does not have aggressive or self-injurious behaviors and works hard for appropriate reinforcement. He reads several sight words, and we have been working recently on increasing his mands. The father is going to check on the Mariposa School but has been told it is very expensive.
