Guest guest Posted December 29, 2004 Report Share Posted December 29, 2004 Thank you to all who emailed their sympathies in the loss of Lar's mom. Your thoughts were greatly appreciated. A bit of an update (I suppose), today, Mum was cremated. It was so hard on all. Tomorrow is the memorial service. Lar told me that only immediate family are being asked to show up because all everyone did today is fight....a LOT. So I will end up not going, which kind of upsets me but it is his wish that I not go because of the fighting that has been going on. Lar is having an extremely hard time of things because just the day before Mum died (Christmas day), they argued and he hung up angry at her. So he is regretting that right now. I told him, not much he can do about it. His mom knew he loved her dearly. The death of his mom is also taking a toll on his health. Lar has called the doc here and made an appointment for a check up to see what is going on. He won't say much to me about it but he is much more tired than he usually is and his skin has yellowed some more. So we'll see what the doc has to say. Don't remember when the appointment is.
