Jonn Serrie's Sunday Morning to Help Raise Money for Autism Research

Lawrenceville, GA, Nov. 29, Jonn Serrie announced that a portion of

the proceeds of his 16th CD Sunday Morning will be donated to autism

research.

Long recognized for his ambient space and elegant romantic music,

Jonn Serrie has worked on projects with Lucas, IMAX, NASA,

and the United States Navy Blue Angels and has music featured in the

movie, " What the Bleep Do We Know? "

In launching this new CD, Mr. Serrie stated, " I was very touched by

Kirby's book, Evidence of Harm, and how difficult living with

autism spectrum disorder is for both the individual and the family.

I felt inspired to offer music that provides a relaxing and

therapeutic atmosphere. I am honored to contribute a portion of the

proceeds of the sale of this CD to the Autism Society of America for

research in therapeutic interventions. "

Autism Spectrum Disorders, once rarely seen now affects 1 in 166.

The ASA (www.autism-society.org ) is the oldest and largest of the

autism advocacy organizations and has focused its efforts on

addressing issues across the lifespan. " The Autism Society of

America thanks Serrie for his support and appreciates his

generosity, " said ASA President & CEO Lee Grossman.

Spending much of the summer and fall in his studio, Jonn Serrie

joined forces with long- time autism advocate Beth Clay to produce

Sunday Morning. Ms. Clay commented, " In Sunday Morning, Jonn Serrie

has masterfully brought forth music that can bring calm and peace

where stress, chaos and agitation have reigned. While designed for

the autism community, this CD will benefit everyone experiencing

stress. "
