Sandy,

How do you like the book, We Want To Live ? It was recommended to me and I want to get it, but have been unable to. Do you recommend it?

Ellen,

I think I am the one that originally brought up the "We Want to Live" book. I absolutely love it... it is written in a way that draws you in, then it gives you the information, and lets you make up your own mind! It is definately interesting if you are unhappy with your current status of health. The second half of the book (volume 2) also lists remedies to tons of common and not some common problems, including allergies, pain, and cancer.

You can buy it (through snail mail) off the author's site at primaldiet.com.

Mike,

I've heard of young coconuts before, but I don't know the difference. I

obtain my coconuts from the regular grocery store or farmers market (that

doesn't even know what organic means), so any suggestions on where to find

young coconuts. Thanks,
