Guest guest Posted April 20, 2011 Report Share Posted April 20, 2011 Hi !Pho is a yummy Vietnamese noodle soup that has noodles, broth, bean sprouts, basil, jalapenos, and a few other items that you put in to taste. It's a simple dish, but WONDERFUL. It's cold and rainy here a lot, and pho hits the spot; it's popular here and I live near an Asian neighborhood. There's beef pho, shrip pho, etc..
