I too had a problem with the Fentanyl patches staying on when i used

them. I would actually put the clear rectangular size Bandaid brand

bandaides on them and they stayed on, i used the water proof kind,

cause i take a water aerobics class 3x's a wk.

The Fentanyl company can tell you all they want to about not using a

bandaide, but i got my idea from my pain mgt Dr. and it worked great

for me.
