Guest guest
Hi - just coming to the end of our second round of ALA chelation. It's gone well again, but I've got a bit of a worry about applying ALA overnight. Any advice about doing it better? This is what we've done: I've mixed the contents of a 50mg capsule in 10ml of orange juice / water in a little sample tube. Then every time I've need to give an overnight dose, I've given the tube a good shake and syringed up 1ml to give me a 5mg dose of ALA. The problem is that the ALA seems to settle as a sediment at the bottom of the tube really very quickly after the sample tube's been shaken and I'm worried that my syringe won't be sucking up enough of the ALA. So any bright ideas anyone? BTW, during the day, we've been using an ALA/Vit C mix on a little 1/4 teaspoon measuring spoon and that's been great - she loves that and I've got no worries about the amount of ALA going in.
