Angel,

I have to ask... what kind of soy sauce do you use, and do you know what's

in it? We gave up soy sauce years ago... it frightened us!

I use SAN-J organic tamari, wheat free. It is wonderful, and the only soy I

eat. Fermented soy does not have the same bad effects as unfermented. Very

tasty stuff. I do not use conventional bullion, but save the meat juices,

boil them down, and put into ice cube trays, then into plastic Ziplocs. For

additional flavor, I add the soy sauce, really helps the bullion have a

wonderful flavor. I myself do not eat cooked foods, but my family does, so I

still have to do all this processing kind of stuff for them. Kind of a

bummer, having to cook every night for people who do not eat the same as I

do!

Angel,

I was wondering if you would email me off list and share some raw recipes!

I know the fermented soy is not dangerous, but have not been able to find

anything!

Looking forward to edible recipes! jturtlesmom@...
