Stick a Fork in Me; I am Toasted Today!

I must rethink my extra cardio for Supreme 90,

I was totally beat after the Leg workout today, and I didn't even use any weights for the workout!!!! I knew I would be exhausted from my run yesterday so I went with no weight (except for deadlifts I used a light body bar) to focus on the form and the dynamic push of the exercises. It

surely worked for my intention I just didn't think I would be so tired that I KNEW I wouldn't be able to do the Cardio Challenge of the set. Legs does one giant set of exercises and repeats only two times. Again, there is nothing fancy; the workout is all straight forward well known squat and lunge variations as well as a set of floor work with the ball.

The floor work was really tough with ham curls using the ball and ball bridges! Since I knew I was toast for cardio, I went with something lighter that I haven't done in quite awhile. Quick fix Cardio Mix

combines two dvds into one. Four segments are dance and four are kickboxing led by different instructors. Today I went with two dance segments with Julz Arney. The choreography is somewhat simple and she breaks it down very well using add on and TIFTing(taking it from the top). The segments have two choreographed pieces that are broken into smaller chunks from there. The last two minutes of each segment is when you do both pieces together. She is a likeable instructor and that makes

the workout just more fun. I shouldn't have waited until nearly

last minute to work in my nutrition analysis project, or at least should have read the directions better! I am having a hard time inserting other sources. I find my textbooks give me more then enough, but we have to use at least two other sources. I will figure it out, I always do, but its going to require a long night LOL. Hey some of my A+ papers come from these type of nights. :)
