Chapp,

You might have already tried this but I discovered by chance a few months

ago that my Dad has virtually no trouble swallowing his pills IF (a) we

give him OJ to take them with rather than water (because the OJ is

thicker), and (B) if we give him the pills one at a time (except the really

small ones he can take all-together).
