Honey and raw cream with the raw chocolate nibs! WOW! www.rawcacao.com. HEY also, some of you have been talking about chocolate with 85% cocoa... Where do you get that? I talked to a local chocolate store owner, who hand makes the chocolate truffles herself, and she said 65% was the best she could do and still have room for the sugar. 85% sounds so high!
