Guest guest Posted February 5, 2006 Report Posted February 5, 2006 Good vibes and prayers sent to you all the way from Southern California! Much Peace for your family, Stevie * * * * * * * * Just requested some good vibes for my mom tomorrow (2/6, late AM) as she has her brain biopsy to determine if she has the treatable cerebral vasculitis (otherwise it's LBD). Hoping I made the right decision!! (loving daughter of Maureen in Massachusetts) Quote
Guest guest Posted February 5, 2006 Report Posted February 5, 2006 I'll join you Debbie....what time is the biopsy? Stevie on the West Coast. * * * * * * * * , I will do more than " Good Vibes " for your Mom (Maureen)... I will be praying for you both. I totally believe in the power of prayer. I agree with the person who wrote previously, You are doing what you feel is best and hopefully the outcome will be something that is treatable and not LBD. I'd do the same thing if there was a question of the diagnosis! If it's late am your time... I'll start praying early am (my time) since I'm on the West coast (CA). Do you have an exact time for her biopsy? If so I would like to know so I can be praying at that time (my time given the time diff.)... Wishing you the best. Hugs and prayers, Debbie Quote
Guest guest Posted February 5, 2006 Report Posted February 5, 2006 You are doing what you feel is right with your mom's best interest at heart and that can never be wrong, no matter what evolves. It is obvious you love her and would never knowingly hurt her. You are going into tomorrow having done your research and have put all you can into place for her. Hoping for the very best outcome for her, all the way from Canada. I hope you have someone there to support you! > > Just requested some good vibes for my mom tomorrow (2/6, late AM) as > she has her brain biopsy to determine if she has the treatable cerebral > vasculitis (otherwise it's LBD). Guest guest Posted February 5, 2006 Report Posted February 5, 2006 BTW - had to share what my mother said to me today... She doesn't have many lucid moments lately, but I was feeding her a chocolate fudge sundae and she was holding a paper towel - she said word for word, as clear as a bell, " My brilliant daughter, take this plain piece of paper and see what you can do with it. " Huh?! What?! Where did THAT come from?! I think chocolate fudge sundaes are the cure for all diseases! Quote
