Guest guest
Candace!!! You use the Perelandra stuff too! Well, that makes MAP Sense.... And yes, it is waay out there in the Findhorn tradition, not too far off from the Biodynamic way. But drop all the goofy language, and it really works. Her MBP homeopathics for Flu, etc are outstanding. This place is in Virginia and they've been at it for 30+ years. Lots of fans. --Terry RE: OT was Personal Responsibility now Biodynamics In response to There's also Biodynamics, which has been studied as a way to increaseyields and reduce spoilage of crops, by working with natural forces, including terrestrial and cosmic energies. To be sure, it sounds *woowoo* and New Agey but I've been playing around with it for a few yearsand I see indications that it works. Joe, I need to learn more about biodynamicsit sounds very interesting. I have done energy gardening where you connect to the deva of the land and the plants. I learned this Perelandra from Machaelle , http://www.perelandra-ltd.com/AB1473/index.cfm? & did=8 . And this too is very woo woo and New Agey but I can honestly say that it works. We had a very impressive garden in the woods using this method. I wonder if this is similar to biogynamic gardening. Ill have to look into it. Thanks for the info, Candace
Guest guest
Terry, Candace and Joe, I do too. Read about it many years ago and have used it in my gardening in various ways, both BD and Perelandra - working with the devas and elementals of the plant and animal worlds. Sounds very out there, but I've always tried to approach everything with an open mind and honestly try it. It's worked amazingly well for me. Basically in my flower gardening I often pray for creative guidance and for everything to unfold in perfect order. Much as any religious person might pray for any specific outcome or help. I have often done so in my gardening work fully acknowledging my own limited perspective and ability, inviting in broader assistance and inspiration. It's exciting and magical. Not something I talk to people about, except for the rare souls of like mindedness. There are truly infinite possibilities in this Universe. Every opportunity to create and invoke beauty and harmony taken brings wonder and joy. may the peace of God be in your head, heart and physical world, Tonio RE: OT was Personal Responsibility now Biodynamics In response to There's also Biodynamics, which has been studied as a way to increaseyields and reduce spoilage of crops, by working with natural forces, including terrestrial and cosmic energies. I don't know about that, it doesn't seem quite right to me. A garden in perfect order? Is there any such thing? Wild abandon is MUCH more fun - I'm far more amazed and impressed at my plants' creativity than I am with my own. " Volunteers " make the garden MFJ I just don't like it when you lump me in with everyone else in the world. Because just like everyone else in the world, I wanna be speshul. Oh boy, I hope not! Since my own personal idea of " perfect order " tends to be a tad chaotic ... :-D MFJ I just don't like it when you lump me in with everyone else in the world. Do any of you three use the Stella Natura calendar? Candace, thanks for the Perelandra link as I was not aware of it. ~Joe
