Guest guest
One of the best resources is http://realmilk.com and the Weston A. Price Foundation which sponsors it. http://rawmilk.org is another good resource. Dr. Mercola has several excellent articles on his site http://www.mercola.com/ and you really should sign up for his free newsletter for a lot of other good info. Going back though the archives on this website there is a wealth of good information. (I'm often surprised to find out that many people don't realize that there is a website for this group, with archived messages, files, and other information. Even if you like getting all the emails, I find that you seem to miss some messages if you don't check the site from time to time. I prefer the " web only " version to the email version, I can read what I want, follow " threads " of discussion, and not have my mail box loaded down with emails.)
