i actually woke up with a muscle spasm... never in my 4 years has that

happened.

you know how you wake up but you're groggy and can't quite figure

something is wrong- or differnet...but you can't pinpoint it?

i was awake and groggy and knew something was wrong and then i realized

i'm on my stomach and i never sleep on my stomach- at the same moment i

realize WHY i'm on my stomache... my back is spasming and BOY was it

painful!

i rolled over (youch!) to a MR and soon realized i had more issues than

just this one.

can i ramble? just delete at this point if you want (crooked smile) i

would understand.

any way... my numb/tingly pain has returned. it's been awhile since i

had it like this- but have any of you ever had something like this? my

right finger, all fingers on left hand (not thumb) up to my left wrist,

my right big toe, my left foot up to behind my knee... ONLY.. hurts BAD

with this (only way i can describe it) numb/tingly pain.

it has taken me already over half hour to just type this much.

i still have to do my routine. get up. get kids up. get breakfast. home

school. and pretend to be a brave little trooper so the kids don't wig

out. i feel like crying- but then again... the goal is NOT to alarm the

children (another crooked smile).

brave little trooper. i'm thinking that maybe if you are even able to

pretend... maybe you ARE a brave little trooper. we have enough people

here for an army....a crooked little wobbly army.. but an army none-the-

less! (big smile & a giggle)

any way... i'll stop for now.

thanks for listening.

joy
