As Sonja pointed out, " mit " or " in " is missing. Or maybe it should read

" ...Antikörper, kolloides Goldkonjugat " ?

Hi Albert,

I have translated some of these test strips in the past, I believe there is

" mit " missing ... ohne mit, so to speak, rather than mit ohne. Or, more

correctly, from what you say about the copy, just a dash

missing, as the " Konjugat " implies the " mit " [Antikörper konjugiert mit

kolloidem Gold]

So it should be

monoklonaler Maus anti-hCG Antikörper-kolloidem Goldkonjugat

and then it still would not be right, ideally it should be

-Kolloidalgoldkonjugat

Here an example of how this usually works:

" Zwei Stunden später injizierten wir das Protein " Ziege-anti-

Kaninchen-IgG-Goldkonjugat " in die Flüssigkeitszelle. Das Protein aus

dem Immunsystem der Ziege wird von der Antikörperbeschichtung erkannt

und gebunden. Der Zusatz " Goldkonjugat " besagt, daß das verwendete

Protein mit einem kleinen Goldpartikel markiert ist. "

(.....) I am very sorry to have bothered you with this.... If I had tried

" lt. " in my dictionary, I would have found it myself....

My confusion must have come from the use of 'Produzent' instead of

'Produziert' or something like that.
