my cat disappeared evertime i THOUGHT about vaccinating her.

For YEARS she would go aff for a few days just when i THOUGHT about it.

i gave up years ago...she is 14... and she has never left overnight since.

She is a 100% outdoor cat, and healthy as can be. How old do cats generally live?

it is illegal to sell raw milk in VA and the state can really burn the farmer. And you never know who may be listening.

not to be paranoid, but it has happened. This is so very scarey! Not to to lessen the importance of your message or put the emphasis on my paranoia but I have fed my dogs a Raw diet since 1998 and have not given any vaccinations to them since. The Rabies vaccination is a legal requirement in every state..it is also the most damaging to the dogs in my opinion and the opinion of others that I respect. So, I do not vaccinate them for Rabies. This has caused me numerous problems as one vet actually turned me into Animal Control. I was given two weeks to comply. I got another vet in another state to give me rabies vaccination certificates by having her insert the needle into the bottle but not pulling any stuff out and then sticking it into the dogs. I hope this is not being montored by any animal control person. We need the Raw dairy products for our health...why can't they just leave us alone? Why can't they help us? We want to live.AnneOrange, VAPLEASE BE KIND AND TRIM YOUR POSTS WHEN REPLYING!Visit our Raw Dairy Files for a wealth of information!http://groups.yahoo.com/group/RawDairy/files/

wonderful to hear that! I hope we have Kitty around for another 5-6 years. I need to get her a kitten to train..she has fostered several barn cats for friends that wanted trained barn cats...

* I'm not a cat person but my sister is and her outdoor cats all who live on mostly what they catch, usually live to be about 20/21 years - no vaccinations - unless they meet up with some type of wildlife like bears that roam my sisters farm on occasion.AnnePLEASE BE KIND AND TRIM YOUR POSTS WHEN REPLYING!Visit our Raw Dairy Files for a wealth of information!http://groups.yahoo.com/group/RawDairy/files/

Whoa, that vet is in jeapordy of losing their license and rightly so. Rabies is a risk for people and if your unvaccinated dog bit me or my child I sure don't want to wonder whether your rabies certificate was illegitimate! PLease don't do that... if you don't want to vaccinate that's one thing and I support that, but please don't falsify information.
