Guest guest
, I found this info on raw milk available in your local area over at http://realmilk.com/where.html: Dashwood: Marcus Koenig and Jessie Koenig-Liang , makoenig@... Scarborough: ph Ouimet , joseph67x@... Toronto (Downtown): Ann Denny , waves_laughing@... Waterloo, Randy Roach , randy@... Wellesley: Beth Barg , ewe_to_you@... Also, I know how you feel in regards to the organic hitting your pocket book really hard. I have come to a point at the moment where I buy only my meat, and dairy organic, and other stuff if the price is right. I ferment also of my veggies to give them more nutrition to make up for their lack of being organic My family would starve if we bought only organic right now. I hope to be able to join a community garden this spring, so I can grow my own! Blessings, -AngelKirkland Washington
Guest guest
Thanks for the reply, Angel, but unfortunately, these locations are at least 3-5 hours from my place... I am curious about something: how do you ferment your veggies? . > , I found this info on raw milk available in your local area over at > http://realmilk.com/where.html: > a.. I am sure of that too. What I meant (and should have said) is that I am a little better off with organic if I am going to have pasteurized dairy at all. > Go to www.wildfermentation.com for recipes on saurkraut. All you need > is cabbage and salt, no starter. This is awesome! Thanks a bunch . .
