That was one of my major complaints all the years I drank pasteurized milk-- congestion, colds, bronchitis, sinus congestion and infections. They ALL went away instantaneously with raw milk. The altered casein proteins from the heat of pasteurization is what contributes to the mucous producing effect of p/h milk. Raw milk proteins, obviously, are not altered.
