Guest guest
I know that most people with liver problems also can have problems getting enough vitamins. And, most take supplements to make up for them. Well, I ran across this website that I thought would be useful. It explains the function of the vitamin and then list the natural way to get it through diet. What I liked about the website was that it broke it down by fat-soluble and water-soluble vitamins. This is important for people with liver disease. Water-soluble vitamins are easily processed by the liver. What I liked also, is it tells you how to get them naturally through food. As Abijann posted earlier, cells are important in liver health and vitamins help protect and keep their strength. Please keep in mind, if you do take supplements you should talk with your doctor first about how much you should have on a daily basis. Some supplements contain " megadoses " which can be toxic to the liver. I hope this was useful, MaC http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/002399.htm
